Christian’s extensive experience in brand protection and IP enforcement campaigns also includes domain name disputes, DMCA and trademark takedown and response procedures, and multijurisdictional anti-counterfeiting initiatives. He also counsels clients on global brand clearance and portfolio management, assessing risks and developing comprehensive, efficient, and actionable protection strategies.

  • Counsel in trademark counterfeiting action resulting in $500 million judgment in client’s favor.

  • Counsel in trademark infringement action resulting in $15M+ judgment in client’s favor.

  • Successfully secured ex parte TROs, permanent injunctive relief, and multi-million dollar damages awards in numerous trademark counterfeiting actions, including Schedule A litigations and traditional trademark infringement cases.

  • Actively counsel one of the nation’s largest auto manufacturers in its brand protection and anti-counterfeiting efforts.
