Krista is a associate attorney focused on brand enforcement. Before joining Kucala Burgett Law, Krista gained valuable experience at a boutique Chicagoland intellectual property law firm, where she worked on a wide range of trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting cases.

Krista is committed to helping companies develop their brand and protect their products, services, and goodwill. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cherishing time with her four nephews, and cheering on Chicago’s sports teams.
