Luis E. Moreau is a Trademark Paralegal at Kucala Law. Luis has over 15 years of experience as an intellectual property professional working as a trademark attorney in Venezuela and as a paralegal in the U.S., supporting clients with all aspects of intellectual property.
Luis began his IP career while still attending Law School in Venezuela back in 2005, when he started working as a trademark assistant at Ayala & Lopez Abogados an IP focused law firm in Venezuela in which Luis developed a passion for IP and its interconnection between Law and Business. Since then, every step in Luis’ career has been towards specializing in Intellectual Property matters.
Prior to joining Kucala Law, Luis was a Paralegal II at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in their Technology and IP transactions group, handing complex fast paced transactions and collaborating to successfully assist legal groups in negotiating, structuring, and closing transactions relating to technology and IP.
Over the years, Luis has also worked as a trademark professional with Law Firms assisting clients with a wide range of intellectual property matters, including prosecution and enforcement. With an entrepreneurial and service-oriented spirit, and both a business and a law background Luis brings vast experience and value to clients.
